The Wisdom of Kindness
Loved Ones, it’s Monday and another amazing day that the LORD has made! Let’s look forward to what He has planned as we rejoice and are exceedingly glad to be here to witness and participate in His phenomenal loving kindness.
Psalm 25:10 AMP – All the paths of the Lord are lovingkindness and goodness and truth and faithfulness To those who keep His covenant and His testimonies.
With the turmoil of unrest close by and far away, there is one thing that we can do to affect change. The catchphrase that has become so critically important these days reminds us to “be kind” to each other. It’s such a simple instruction, yet the volumes of its content speak life. If we, with focused intention, carry within us each day the banner of love and kindness, the enemy will be hard-pressed to find even a crevice to drive his divisive wedges among us.
Remember, the enemy’s focused intent is to steal our identity, knowing we are the image and likeness of GOD; to kill our relationship with our Father by constantly distracting us away from the uncompromising Word of GOD, presenting illusions that divide us; and then destroy us, paralyzing and dismantling the purpose and plans GOD has for us. Yes, we make our choice every day, consciously or by default, to whom we will devote ourselves. That’s why we are instructed to continually abide in GOD’s Word. JESUS said, “I came that they may have and enjoy life, and have it in abundance [to the full, till it overflows].” (John 10:10 AMP)
Psalm 32:10 AMP – Many are the sorrows of the wicked, But he who trusts in and relies on the Lord shall be surrounded with compassion and lovingkindness.
The power of kindness is love! Its root is in GOD’s commandments recorded in
Mark 12:30-31 AMP – “‘and you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul (life), and with all your mind (thought, understanding), and with all your strength.’ This is the second: ‘You shall [unselfishly] love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no other commandment greater than these.”
As carriers of GOD’s loving-kindness, we have the power to thwart the enemy’s plans and be contributors to life and peace.
Psalm 33:18 AMP – Behold, the eye of the Lord is upon those who fear Him [and worship Him with awe-inspired reverence and obedience], On those who hope [confidently] in His compassion and lovingkindness,
Prayer: JEHOVAH NISSI, Your lovingkindness overwhelms us and we are in awe of the provision of Your Word that protects us and perfects our stand against the enemy. As we strive to live in peace and serve in kindness, Your banner of love covers us. We praise and thank You for Your faithfulness! In JESUS’ Name, we pray. Amen.
Love Always,
